d.i.g. can also provide you with custom apparel. T-shirts, sweats, or hats, whatever your needs may be, we can help sell your message or business name. We use a heat transfer process which is ideal for anyone looking for smaller quantities, (something other imprinters won't do). And yes, we'll even do one. Contact us today to discuss your ideas and needs, and we'll help you come up with your own custom apparel plan.

A simple 3 step process

Our apparel designs are created using cut vinyl. The vinyl comes in a variety of colors and materials. Choose from glitter, flock, metallic or solid colors. The vinyl provides a screen-like finish with a stretchable soft feel. Once the design is done it's as easy as 1,2,3. Cut it. Weed it. Press it.

A cut above the rest

Our vinyl cutter plotter is a marvel to behold. Watching the blade glide along your chosen material as it cuts away is hypnotic. The end result is a crisp, clean and accurate version of your art or message ready to be weeded. What's that? It's simply removing the excess material from around the art revealing the final image. Now it's time to heat things up.

Hot Stuff

Once the image is ready, it goes into the heat press. This impressive piece of equipment applies heat (we're talking really hot here, like a little over 300°) and pressure to apply the art to your garment. When your garment comes out of the press we just remove the backing and, viola, your very own piece of custom apparel.

But wait, there's more

We can team up our cutter with our inkjet printer. This give us the option of creating full color art for light and dark garments. It's a great 'print and cut' solution for complex designs. AND the above processes can be combined and layered on top of one another for truly one-of-a-kind works of wearable art.
